Big praise for support - Adrian I'm writing this for you! Because I've never met a better support person. I am very satisfied with the site as a whole in the long run. However, I made the mistake of creating a second account and both got blocked. I wrote to support and a literal angel wrote me back and went through the whole process with me, was very helpful and replied to everything within minutes. I would give 10/10 if I could.
