What good is insurance if it doesn't pay out ?
A mixed bag here. Due to various medical conditions, I have used Just Travel Cover for over 10 years and been happy. However, I've never needed to claim before & this year I did. The 3rd party claim company (CSA Ltd) are appalling - 4 months on, I still don't have my money back for an easy case. I'm told around 4 weeks is the usual payout wait so this is really frustrating. What good is insurance if it doesn't pay out? Looking at their Trust Pilot reviews - both csal.co.uk & the parent company - gallagherbassett.co.uk. are universally rated as useless (or worse). If Just Travel Cover has any integrity and cares about its customers, it should review & replace any failing suppliers like this.
