The low star reviews are accurate
The low star reviews are accurate! Despite the comments I took a chance to rent here. I rented online a 7-seater from the St-Constant location. Again, having read the poor reviews, I took the liberty to mention in my reservation to kindly ensure the vehicle was ready upon arrival as I was tight for time. The reservation passed and was approved To help chances further, I did the preregistration of my reservation in the morning. The reservation passed and was approved And then, just to be safe, I called the office 1 hour before pick up to see if it would be ready ..... only to be told that they do not have any vehicles of that size available!!!! 1 hour before my pick up and they NEVER even attempted to call me Horrible service and if I could give a negative star, I would!
