Veey poor customer service by EU service standards
They don't speak English, customer service doesn't reply. This is a 3rd world company and if you want a pleasant trip you better avoid them. You will not get any help in case u need it. I have a disability and requested help with special assistance and seats. I was told twice I should reveive a reply via email within 5 working days. Never heard from them. On the phone their staff was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was explaining my problem. Will not fly with them again
