What can Carda Health do?
Ever since I decided to see what Carda Health could do for me, I've been impressed. They checked with my Drs., to make sure I was able to start the program. Kristin Leinfelder is my exercise physiologist, and is very conscientious about my health, and my progress. She finds videos for me to do that go along with my needs. It has helped with both my cardio and pulmonary. I would recommend this to anyone.
