Not the best communication.

Optima Legal service is very automated. Communication is pretty non existent. I had zero portal messages answered and emails were only answered many days after I sent them, if at all. However, despite my emails, explaining an error in my redemption figures, the automated system continued to work on incorrect figures right up to the day of completion. I did however receive an email, the day before completion, (from a human) that finally acknowledged the new correct figures. I'm now awaiting the refund owed to me but because their automated system doesn't recognise the sum owed to me, I'm guessing I will be chasing it for some time. If you value good customer service, particularly regarding communication, use someone else.
