AI doesn't understand English, doesn't respond
I asked a question about paying a bill of in payments and the AI (?) wrote back and said they could help. So I wrote back and said yes please I want to make payments. They wrote back and asked me why i needed to do this, which I had already told them. I have replied a few times since but they don't respond at all. What's happening? UPDATE: I just received a reply from Origin asking me to contact them at hello@origin and they would assist me. In the last 3 days I have sent'8 emails without a single response. Is this a joke? Please respond to my emails Origin.
