If I could leave 0* I would. New boiler fitted in January, since it’s been fitted we have no heating and intermittent hot water, I have called and called with the promise of a call back for weeks. When I eventually lost my temper and told them to take it out as the stress it has caused wasn’t worth it, they sent someone out within the next few days. Boiler is still not fixed and now trips the electric every time it kicks in. They have admitted to fitting a faulty boiler and for some reason want to keep “fixing” it rather than replacing. It’s now snowing outside I have two young children and I’m without water and heating for the third month. Horrific customer services. Still not resolved. Avoid at all costs. *I would like to point out that me being unavailable on the 9th for gasfast to attempt to “fix” the issue again was because i was on holiday not just because i was not in, not that I should have to defend myself when this issue should have been resolved in January when originally installed. The flush was requested by ourselves as when we were originally given the quote, we were told this was going to be done.. it was not hence us requesting it numerous times. The stress and upset this has cause is beyond words. Gasfast take some responsibility.
