Customer service and purchase process are a nightmare. I never got a confirmation email—luckily I took a screenshot of my order. They promised it would ship on time, missed the shipping window, gave no explanation, and as of now it still hasn’t shipped. Total mess. It took forever just to find a phone number, and when I called no one answered. Every time I reach out I get the same canned response: “We see your order,” but no resolution, no explanation, no supervisor to escalate to. Clearly there’s a serious issue with their backend system—my order feels stuck halfway through, and they have no idea how to fix it. BEWARE: if something goes wrong with your order, there’s no real support to help you.
