Reservation went very well
The cruise and stay to USA and the Caribbean as advertised was actually available, and at the advertised price, which is not always the case!! Mo, who did the reservation, was very efficient and friendly. During the booking process he gave us all the details required re our flights, our stays in Memphis and New Orleans etc. and was happy to put our return flights back to UK until 4 weeks after docking in New Orleans at the end of the cruise so we could make our own arrangements to visit Florida for 4 weeks before returning to New Orleans for the flight back. We were told we would get written details within a week or 10 days, but nothing had arrived after 2 weeks so I gave them a ring - they were very apologetic, apparently their advertising campaign has resulted in a flood of business and they had been run of their feet, and promised to get the details a.s.a.p. They were true to their word and the email with the itinerary etc. arrived the next day. I accepted their explanation and was pleased to find they acted so quickly. So far, I would be happy to book another cruise with them in the future.
