have been trying to phone and speak to someone about an item to see if they have it in the store as in the past their web site says in stock only to make a long trip to purchase only to be told they don't have it in stock. after 6 hrs of trying to contact them i have given up and will order the item from a different merchant as I'm finished with anaconda and their lazy staff.
