Terrible company
I've always tried to maintain a professional attitude to companies like this who buy debt for peanuts then normally try to help customers pay something off it however last month my wife gave our income and outgoings to a call centre operative and came to a new agreement but last week we received an email asking very very personal questions about borrowing money off family members and whether we could make that a regular thing, asking about my health and details about my lifestyle. It stinks of strong arm tactics and with the amount of people that are struggling during the current cost of living crisis I'm guessing the new owners want their investment back.
