Ich bin Jahrelanger Kunde und auch soweit ganz zufrieden. Was ich doof finde ist,alle in niedrigeren Verträgen bekommen für ihre Treue einen Bonus. Alle die den teuersten Vertrag haben, bekommen nichts, für ihre Treue. Das ist was mich ärgert. Ich würde mich auch gerne angesprochen fühlen.
