The item I ordered never arrived
The item I ordered never arrived. I paid a total of $72.25. including $52.00 for the item and $20.25 for express post. My order number was 9376 dated 20 June 2022. I did not follow up immediately, as I thought the post was delayed by Covid-19. I sent two emails to the company and phoned and spoke to the "manager" who said he would check and ring back, but I heard nothing more. Over the time I received two emails telling me that the order had been completed. I can show copies of all of these. Nothing ever arrived, and no post tracking number. was ever produced. Based on this experience with Dental Point, I should really give them ZERO stars.
