I've never experienced such pathetic…
I've never experienced such pathetic service. We ordered for a wordrobe and chose delivery time to be between 10am-11am. We even received a confirmation for the same. Imagine the delivery team came at almost 5pmwith their terms and conditions. We tried to comply and guess what, they said they cannot wait and left with our item. The call center of this home box is indeed useless as they seem to either not understand English or do it deliberately to ignore customer queries. If you need a better living stress-free, PLEASE keep home box off your shopping list. They are the worst I've experienced in my entire stay in the UAE. Very very pathetic. I even explained to them we won't be home from tomorrow, but no body cares. Now we demanded for a refund back to card- doubting if they comply.
