Excellent experience.
Ease of on-line booking, communication before and after and the wide range of vehicles available make Zest our "go to" provider. Their agent in Faro is Kings based in Office 4 in the car park opposite the terminal building. It's a bit of a trek with "heavier" cases so my tip (unless both travellers/drivers are signing the paperwork) would be to let someone wait with the luggage and on collecting the car pick them up, then drop them and the luggage when returning the car. There was a short wait on collection and return but this isn't a problem as the staff deal quickly and efficiently with customers. The car was clean and all marks had been highlighted on the paperwork though a cursory walk round "check" for any missed marks/damage is always advisable. But in summary - excellent service!
