Order number: 2802444768 (DirectVapor) "Shipment" number: 2802151566 Five String Solutions "tracking" number: 5S-1YL0JT3 Order placed on 04/13, with an advertised delivery ETA of 04/18. As of 04/20, still showing "Awaiting carrier pick-up" on DirectVapor's website. When tracked on the third party delivery site, it shows that it has been "in transit" since 04/14, and still showing a delivery ETA for two days ago. Oddly enough, each time I refresh the tracking info, it populates with different timestamps. Very misleading, though I want to believe this is not intentional. I would be more patient and without concern, but the lack of up-to-date information and conflicting information otherwise has me doubting the delivery of my purchase. I contacted DirectVapor's customer service. They told me they cannot look into the issue until the package has "arrived at the hub" (they also couldn't tell me when that would be), and did not provide any useful info. Per their wording, I must wait a full thirty days from the ordering date, before I am eligible for a full refund. Please look into this. I plan to contact my bank in a few days, to process a chargeback to the company so I will be getting my money back regardless. But, this is beyond understandable turnaround times, and certainly outside of what DirectVapor promises. 04/21 UPDATE: Shipping charge of $5.99 refunded. Received an e-mail from customer support saying, "Your order has been shipped. Some orders are experiencing delays by upwards of 3-10 business days past your original 3-8 business days. E-mail also forwarded the same tracking number for my "delayed" order which had already been shipped, but is now being shipped... whatever that means. I called DirectVapor to follow-up and obtain more info. Still unfruitful. I am still to wait for a package that is "definitely delayed but may or may not arrive", again- per their wording. Comical.
