Excellent help from Will Targett this afternoon connecting up my new router. Will was friendly and patient regardless that this customer claimed to know what he was doing but managed to connect things wrongly and hadn't even put the power button to on. As an added bonus, the new router seems to have cleared a long-running but intermittent connection problem. Happy customer!!!
