Wrong delivery address
The delivery address that was applied to my order was more than 5 years old, and a newer address has been used since. I realised immediately, but was unable to change it before my order was dispatched, despite emailing and using a contact us form. In the end I had to contact NZ post directly and pay for a redirection. I was contacted by PB tech customer service note than 24 hours after I sent the request. I noted my disappointment, but never received an apology nor any offer of corrective action or reimbursement of the extra fee I had to pay
