My experience was great from start to finish , my initial contact was easy with a sales person arranged within minutes. I spent a few hours with the salesman & he made sure we captured all of my requirements before generating a quote , when accepting the quote the local office / area manager was very helpful in ensuring my budget could be met without compromising on quality. During my survey any questions I had where answered professionally & advise given on best choice of fixtures for my property. Then finally on installation day Mike & Michael were very friendly , professional and patient with both of my children in the house . They got the job done quickly and to the highest standard , I would recommend the teams at first home improvements to anyone I meet.
