SKAM!!!
SKAM!!! Rented through Booking 1. The employee was late to the reception desk by 45 minutes. 2. All this time, technical support was unavailable, there were about 6 people standing and they could not get through. 3. This is not the first time in my life I rent a car, but this time I was refused with a Belarusian license. For whom did they even come up with the "Vienna Convention on Road Traffic". 4. At the reception desk (let me remind you after a long wait) they refused me, but said that the money for the reservation would be returned in about 5 business days. I immediately informed Booking support. But I was refused because the booking time had already come. 5. After a long correspondence (they just answered once a week) I was told that Booking should return the money, but the status of my reservation is Completed and it is clear that I will not see the money.
