Express Estate Agency is a Bot Site

We have not come across an estate agency that doesn't have people at the end of the phone. This company expect you to arrange a booking online, turn up at a property to be shown around by the vendor, and then provide feedback online. Everything is done via text. We tried numerous times to get through to a human being but just heard "press 1" for this or "press 2" for that. On the sixth attempt on the third day I got through to someone who advised that I needed to speak to someone else who then didn't even ring back. I rang again and the person dealing with the property was completely disinterested and sounded as though I was interrupting their day. But we were most astounded when we made an offer on a property and did not hear back from the agency! Was it accepted? Was it not accepted? We don't know. We have lost all hope and faith of ever receiving a callback. What a ridiculous amateur operation. (I'm shaking my head in disbelief as I write this).
