Customer service doesn't exist
I bought a brand new laptop that was faulty, i was advised by the store to swap the laptop as it was brand new, after only using the software for 1 day i emailed software-codes.co.uk to ask the license be reissed and included the receipt showing the return of the faulty laptop. i got no reply, i filled out the online form on their site and got no reply too. avoid.
