Renewal price told me where to go

I was very happy with this insurer until their renewal price basically told me that they no longer wanted my custom. After a massive increase last year which I accepted, another massive increase in premium came as a bit of a shock and there was no explanation. Managed to find the same cover with another insurer £200 cheaper so went there instead.
