Disappointing …
Bought the large 1100 pack as I had enjoyed a sample tea bag in an afternoon tea gift I was sent. However I’m very disappointed as these teabags do not taste the same st all as the ones in the sealed packets. I told customer services about this and they said that it’s the same blend but you have to use two of these tea bags to get the same taste! I tried this and it still doesn’t tease the same. Maybe the individual ones taste better because they are sealed in paper . I run a holiday let and I was going to use these for guests and advertise the company but I won’t bother now and won’t be buying any more. I would have a least expected customer services to send a box of sealed I individual bags as a goodwill gesture! Very disappointed with this company and product.
