After over 4 years, I NO LONGER TRUST 180 Medical ...
After over 4 years, I have fired this company for not only failing to get my previous orders correct, but also for MISSING an entire month in April, now NO catheters for October and nothing coming. The next order they had for me was mid December? April was just a regular failure because I switched over to Medicare and new insurance, that caused a failure they are still clueless about. I ended up ordering supplies for cash from someone else for April, and for the extras I needed up to October. Then instead of correcting anything, they cut off shipments in October and left me WITHOUT ANY SUPPLIES!!! I contacted their cust svc, they sent me to a 'Bryan' who not only failed to correct the shortage, but left me hanging for another week without, and failed to even respond to the Oct Email. 180 fails to tell customers that Home Heath affects eligibility. So it needs to be addressed. It wasn't, and 'Bryan' failed to tell me how to fix it, and just left me hanging without any catheters. That is their accounting problem/failure, but what is worse was that after I got rid of HH and PT, they still failed to get me any supply ... When they finally got my case over to someone who actually cared, they scheduled my next delivery for DECEMBER??? So I am just supposed to wait for these failures for how long? I fired this company because after four+ years they have either gotten too big or too busy/profitable, but they no longer care about their customers/patients welfare. They put me at risk, and I NO LONGER TRUST 180 Medical ... It's a shame that someone like Bryan, who purposely leaves customers in need, and causing unnecessary problems and delays, is a bad reflection on the Company and all the GOOD people there.
