The worse company
The worse company i ever had to deal with. They charge you an amount of hotels.com, in my case 300£, telling you "remaining amount" 100£, but then they charge you another 300 euros! (claiming it's for cleaning and bed sheets). On top of that I wasn't able to check in, as they have ONE HOUR check-in time, and they didn't send me the check-in details, which forced me to find another hotel for the night!! I travel a lot (I stay in hotels for work about 4 days a week), and I never found a company which such a poor service!!! I will never stay with them again
