I paid for next day delivery. It was delivered a day late
I specifically chose this company because it offered next day delivery. I paid extra to ensure that this would happen, as it was for a birthday. I then got a message from their Amazon delivery 'service' saying it would be delivered a day late, but if it didn't arrive after that, I could then contact Hotel Chocolat. Why did I have to wait to contact Hotel Chocolat, when they'd already not fulfilled what I'd paid extra for? The whole point of my ordering was to get next day delivery. I don't know if I can be bothered to ask for a refund for the next day delivery charge. I just won't buy from them again.
