Staff are super friendly and very helpful. I've had to call up a few times to ask questions or seek help with booking in my in person assessment days and it's always a very simple process. I spoke with Tracey Richardson today and she got everything sorted for me over the phone in a few minutes and was really friendly. The online learning platform is also very easy to use and makes it very easy to fit in your learning around any other commitments you already have.
