Harcourt Auction is a No Go!
We contracted Harcourt Auctions to sell our luxury listing in Florida. While we had a positive experience working with Matt, unfortunately, the overall communication and professionalism of the team fell short. Heidi, the administrative assistant, was consistently unresponsive — emails went unanswered, voicemails were not returned, and getting clear answers to basic questions was extremely difficult. After repeated attempts to get in touch, I sent a group text requesting a call back. To my surprise, I received a call from someone who simply offered to cancel the contract and wished me “best of luck” — with no attempt to resolve the concerns or improve the experience. Selling a high-value property requires a level of service and communication that we simply did not receive. I would not recommend Harcourt Auctions based on this experience
