Clean, comfortable, efficient

The company was really efficient and made the whole process very easy. I was most impressed with facility maintenance both pre-check-in (clearly just-cleaned hot tub) and during our stay (including restocking our supplies, e.g. firewood, as needed and shoveling the deck). They seem to have a system down that works. Just FYI they've offered a small, $5 gift card as a thanks for the review, but that's upon completion and not based on the star rating. That said, would've given them a 5 anyway.
