Good content but delivery issues

The magazine itself is excellent - well-written, informative, and perfectly pitched for the target age group. However, we've had several issues with late deliveries and one issue arrived damaged. The customer service was helpful when I contacted them, but it's frustrating when my kids are expecting their magazine.
