It will be my first time using an esim on my upcoming trip so I had quite a few questions. I generally hate chat services but these days it seems it's the only way to communicate with many businesses even some banks and utilities companies. What I really liked was that jetpac offer you the option to chat via WhatsApp which is a much more pleasant experience than normal chat services. Plus I have a record of the conversation if needed. But most importantly it is just much easier ( for me anyway, I'm old). I chatted with Ferlene and I rate the experience with her 5stars, I didn't wait long for each message to be answered and I got all the information I needed. Thanks Ferlene and jetpac, I'm definitely going to try your service on this upcoming trip.
