Awful
Awful! Took out a contract in my married name. Was sent the device and contract went through with no problem and no need for ID. When I had issues with the e sim and was sent a physical one I suddenly had to send ID in order to use the service I'm already paying for? I don't have it and if ID was needed I would of thought it would be before the phone worth hundreds was sent to me. I'm OK to receive a phone but not use the service? I've gone round in circles with no replies and the same 'sorry we can't do anything' answer until I'm at the point I'm cancelling my direct debit. I've never received this sort of service or had an issue with just wanting to use the sim that comes with the phone. Why send out phones and sims to people and then tell them they can't use it? Mind boggling
