The equipment was what i asked for and was delivered and collected (albeit a week late, after their website calendar first allowed me to book a date when the kit wasn't actually available). After rearranging the delivery, sanded the floors and it was collected and as per their website i'd overbought the amount of sandpaper and dustbags, on their promise that they would refund me for any that were returned unused. Hannded back the unused sandpaper and dustbags to the driver who said they'd refund me.. but they never did. They gave back my £150 deposit but amost a month later and they haven't refunded me for the sandpaper or dust bags. I've called 4 times and been told i'd get my refund (everyone i spoke to seemed nice enough but still no refund and some were a bit confused on which dept i needed to speak to). Their phone wait times are ridiculously long, so it's a struggle to get through to anyone and when you do, you get promises it'll be sorted but nothing gets resolved. They've basically kept the returned items and my money. I won't be using them again and i can't recommend them, due to the poor service i've received. If you do use them, don't overbuy your sandpaper or dust bags! Update: i have now received the refund for the sandpaper and dustbags i handed back. Although it's belated, i'm glad it's resolved. I've amended my review to 3 stars as a result.
