Echo Credit/Jora made a mistake and blamed it on me
I have an account with Echo Credit who also does business as Jora Credit who has been a nightmare to deal with. I am not the only one but for some reason reviews that aren't good don't make it to Trustpilot on these people. They are sneaky, unethical and very unprofessional...or maybe its just the business they do with me. I get social security and they listed my next paydays right but are taking payments every two weeks instead of once a month as they did when this account was opened. I contacted them and they said it was my fault when clearly it isn't. They said they were unable to correct the mistake. I had no problem until all of a sudden I'm getting hit twice a month with no recourse. I am currently opening up complaints with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General office. Watch'em y'all. They are sneaky, unethical and unprofessional.
