AVOID. If something goes wrong you're on your own
AVOID Hired a car from Melbourne to Adelaide for 3 days. Car broke down on the morning of the second day. Only part refunded. No replacement car brought to us. 3hr trip in tow truck back to Melbourne. Took over 10 hours to get back after the initial call in the morning. I did the right thing and reported the issue straight away and for that my trip was ruined.
