No Access to Monthly Bonus or 2FA Reset — Even After Huge Wagering
I wagered over $50,000 and lost more than $5,000 — but due to self-exclusion and lost access to my 2FA app, I’m completely locked out. Stake refused to disable 2FA or allow me to log in, even though my account was put into “withdraw-only mode.” They didn’t warn me that enabling 2FA would make my account permanently inaccessible during self-exclusion if I lost the device. I can’t withdraw, can’t claim my monthly, and now have to wait 6 months just to ask for access. Users should be warned about these policies clearly before self-excluding.
