Made purchases from the Northallerton store where the staff team is superb - friendly, helpful and well-informed. I like dealing with them as they apply no sales pressure whatsoever. The shop is a treasure trove of unusual home accessories. Most recent purchase is a Highgrove bed. It was delivered to Newcastle on a date and time to suit me. It is very comfortable and a lovely rich colour.
