Paid for a ticket, got no confirmation – they tried to sell me another one instead

I had a very bad experience with FriendzTravel. I purchased a ticket through their website and never received a confirmation. When I reached out, instead of solving the issue, they tried to sell me another ticket as if the original one didn’t exist. They don’t deliver what you pay for and waste your time and money. I do not recommend them at all.
