I dealt with a number of different agencies in my search for a home and found the agent at Sandra Davidson incredibly professional and personable. He was honest in his viewpoint on some of the properties I viewed with him and when I found my home, he worked with me to ensure I was in a strong chance of securing a winning bid. Although he managed to get an increased amount for the vendor (more than I wanted to spend!) he worked with the vendor to make sure that we had an easy a process as possible when buying a property.
