there is a problem with the banks phone…
there is a problem with the banks phone system from abroad , we cannot contact them on any of the phone numbers even though they ring - as soon as we connect the phone call is immediately cut off , we even tried the emergency line the same thing happened , we also tried several different phones and sim card, we just got cut off , it was not a problem our end as we contacted our network provider and they checked all the system and lines, we even called other uk numbers to see if it was our fault , but we got through to other businesses and chatted , there is a serious problem with their phone system if phoning from abroad they need to look into it , we had to get my family to contact the bank who live in the uk to resolve the problem , not good ,,,
