Really impressed with the customer service
Quick and easy from initial contact and fixed in 24 hours. You couldn't ask for more. The downstairs toilet wasn't quite right. Checked the drain, obvious blockage. Tried my drain rods but the problem was much further down (a few houses) so, reported online initially. Then called because I'd reported the wrong issues. They told me they would call back with an update in 24 hours. 4 hours later I get a call saying an engineer will be out by 1300hrs the next day (now 1700hrs on a Friday afternoon). By 1100hrs the next morning the engineer had been and cleared the issue. Top service!
