Great product; archaeic terms and conditions
Product looks great, and arrived as expected for a great price. It isn't installed yet, but everything appears to be in order. I deducted one star because of how many disclaimers, terms, and conditions I had to agree to before I was allowed to place the order. Had I experienced any issues with this order, I'm not confident that restroomdirect would have stood by me, and this 4 star rating could have plummeted much lower. Predictably, this gives me a bit of anxiety since my item hasn't been installed yet, and I haven't been able to confirm that it works. Policies like "Restroom Direct will not take responsibility for shipping damage that has not been reported in writing before the driver has left" are positively medieval. It's 2021, and anyone who has ever ordered anything online knows that delivery drivers literally never stand around and wait while you open all your boxes and inspect the product for damage. That's just not the way it works. My package was left on my front porch, leaving me no opportunity whatsoever to comply with this policy.
