Archaic customer service
After ordering on line, I was informed that as this was the first time for home delivery, I would have to be home to accept the delivery. After waiting for ages I told an on line chat agent that I had received multiple home deliveries over the years. The agent told me that I would have to contact them in a few days to try to solve the issue. When I asked why that could not be done by their team, I was up against an archaic system and was cut off by the agent. Crap customer service
