Glossy Website, Shady Business Practices
Here are some observations on why I won't be recommending this business: 1. They don't respond to support emails. Unacceptable in this day and age. 2. Contacting a business through email, who take your money but can't be bothered answering a phone, is questionable at best. 3. Pressing the link placed under the 'contact us' tab finally enables you to read in fine print that the business places a maximun 30 day unlock period. 30 days? Are you serious? They obviously didn't think to make this plainly visible. That's a shady business practice. 4. They charge a small amount and then ask for more money to fully unlock the phone. You're forced to follow through. These costs need to be PLAINLY VISIBLE and very clear and not hidden in some fine print behind 50 menus. All this adds up to me, the consumer, not trusting this business and I don't recommend any business that can't be open and upfront about processes and total costs.
