Awful scam artists
1st : customer support absolutely horrendous. Tried resolving an issue with payment and instead of listening they decided to cancel my order. After waiting nearly 3 years for the statue (solas statue dragon age) 2nd: they didn't give me a full refund , they charged me for them cancelling my order unprompted. And they kept the deposit. After numerous attempts to try and tell them I wanted the statue they decided to block me on all social media and refuse to allow my account to work. This was literally the first time I ordered a statue from them. So in summary Ordered a statue waited 3 years paid it in full They cancelled it and charged me for cancelling And blocked me. The statues are being shipped and there parting words to me where "buy it from a third-party" Guess what, I cant buy it now because you didn't give me a full refund! Dreadful place. Horrendous customer support. The sooner people stop ordering from them the better, they make money from scamming people
