So far, my experience has been a 5/5.
With two more exams out of the four that I am scheduled to take (PRINCE2 X3 and one PMP), the process has been smooth sailing. The on-boarding was clear and Nicholas was excellent at explaining what was to be expected and addressed any concerns that I had with regards to the exams, proctoring, pass marks etc. I was also delighted that he was able to advise on available payment options which made it all the more flexible for me. The study is purely self paced, but Mikayla and Jessica are awesome when it comes to advising and addressing any concerns that I have. Even though my progress has been slower than expected due to work obligations, I am especially pleased that they have been patient. There is a plethora of resources on the various portals, plus the self paced lessons make it so that you understand the course material before taking the exams. With no work obligations I am fairly certain the whole program can be completed in under four months. Again, huge shout out to Jessica, she has been a Legend. Huge thanks to Mikayla and Nicholas, Class all the way for the rest of the staff too. So far, my experience has been a 5/5.
