Parts missing,dents in items,poor customer service
Ordered 3 or 4 items over a period of 4 yrs with this firm,all had some kind of issue from missing parts to dents etc etc… The latest a high gloss bar table and stool,stool had 2 very large scratches on the chrome base,how they managed not to see these pre-delivery is staggering,the bar table had a missing piece which was sent out to me next day after I emailed but was sent out with only 2 holes to fit it instead of 4 and ‘Frank’ via email tried telling me it only needed 2 which was insulting to me and absolute rubbish as I showed him on fitting instructions via email.. Items I’ve had have looked ok once I’ve gotten the correct ones or replacements etc but it’s such a hassle as a customer and quality control man needs sacking! I won’t ever buy again from these and I’d advise anyone not to unless they enjoy migraines!
