Rudeness, lack of empathy and unfriendliness delivered by Darren
Store name and address: Premier - Broadway Convenience Store 10 Oxgangs Broadway, Edinburgh EH13 9LQ Incident Date and time: 17/02/2020 around 4.30 pm My background includes retail management as I worked for years in shops and this place is the worst operated shop ever I have seen my life..! For the first time, I am hearing that they can't take my parcel when they have a bunch of parcels the right behind of the counter. Why there is not any reminder or statement that could let us know before heading to your shop. I have walked 3 miles under the rain just to drop off my parcel and now I have to walk all the way back home with my parcel without success of dropping off. Because of your staff (Darren) I have just escalated this incident on Trustpilot, resolver.co.uk and your business partners (Hermes) as well. I will get in touch with your head office to make an official complaint about this outrageous experience. At least I understood that there is no human being is working there! Otherwise, this issue would not be taken that further. How many times I asked him to show empathy but he kept refusing my parcel and by speaking like a robot telling me the same phrase, again and again, I can't take your parcel, I can't take your parcel. Thank you Darren for the experience so that is clear that your effort will be paid off and you will never ever see me in your shop and I will do my best to keep people away from your shop too. So you just keep going what you are doing because you are losing decent customers like me. Of course, I will share the experience on our community page so they can see my point and the way how you are approaching your customers so they can judge your poorly handled customer service skill.
